Microfibre is processed mechanically and chemically to be broken in finer parts, 1/100th the diameter of a human hair. What defines a microfibre is its size: a microfibre must be smaller than one denier, which is a unit of linear measurement equal to the mass in grams of 9,000 meters of the fibre.
WHAT IS THE DURABILITY OF SABCO PROFESSIONAL ULTRACLEAN MICROFIBRE FLAT MOP PADS?
Sabco Professional UltraClean Microfibre Flat Mop pads can be washed up to 500 times without incurring excess wear on the product. Traditional mops are unusable after 70 to 90 washes.
During the drying process, temperatures are often lower as microfibre only needs to be semi dry - never fully dry microfibre in the dryer. Expected drying time is typically 30-40 minutes or 20 to 30 minutes if the dryer is set to a higher temperature.
