The LV Foamer is a low volume foam applicator for projecting foaming chemicals on to small objects or tight areas while minimizing overspray. The unit is designed to use in conjunction with a air compressor to bring out foaming the chemical foaming properties to its full potential. Coverage up to 46m2 in 4.5 minutes. Throw Distance is 2.75 Metres.

The LV Foamer is a low volume foam applicator for projecting foaming chemicals on to small objects or tight areas while minimizing overspray. This venturi injection system uses city water pressure (35 – 125 PSI) to draw and blend chemical concentrate into the water stream to create an accurately diluted solution. Rich, clinging foam is created by injecting compressed air into the solution to greatly increase volume and coverage ability. The foam is then projected through the hose and fan nozzle on to any surface up close or at distances up to 9 feet. Gauges display incoming water and air pressure.

Note:  The blues hose on picture does not come with the unit. Cleaners Supermarket gets black custom length rubber hose made up for durability. Water Pressure MIN 35PSI up to MAX 125 PSI. Compressed air Up to 5CFM.

Alternate Check Valves fitted – EPDM ( Alkaline Resistant )  comes Standard.
