The DustCare Fine Dust Vacuum Cleaners range has been a dedicated development to produce a range of professional machines addressing the needs of fine dust applications as found throughout the building industry.

The AirFlo and MicroFlo technology (patent applied for) has introduced an exceptional upgrade in both performance and dust collection and this technology has been incorporated into our Structofoam 570 and 900 professional models.

The ultimate combination of operational performance and automatic operation in conjunction with a whole selection of work tools both in woodworking and stone working. Each DustCare 570 or 900 machine, be it Simplex or Duplex, can be fitted with our Electronic Auto Control System.

All “A” machines are equipped with an appropriate power outlet pre-fitted to the power head. When a hand tool is connected to this supply, the vacuum cleaner and the tool operation will be fully synchronized; when the tool is switched off the vacuum cleaner will switch off automatically.

The converse is also true, switch the hand tool on and the vacuum cleaner switches on automatically. This is vitally useful when  machines and workstation are not adjacent to each other, ie. on scaffold or ladders - the operation is fully automatic.

Simplex S Models
The Simplex NDS single motor models are designed to be used in conjunction with power tools incorporating vacuum hoods, which produce low to medium fine dust volumes but, equally for all cleaning applications including end cleaning of new buildings.

Duplex D Models
The DustCare Duplex, two motor series provides a 100% upgrade in airflow performance and is designed to operate where much larger dust generation
is present.

As with the single motor machine an optional kit is available (ND5) to allow the DustCare machine to be connected directly to the dust collection hood on the particular power tool being used.

A perfect example of a Duplex application is the use of single or twin blade wall chasers used on pre-plastered surfaces. The dust generation is both fine and of high volume and requires a maximum performance model to provide optimum dust control at source.

For fine dust applications the MicroFlo multi-stage dust collection bags are exceptional, reaching capacity standards previously not possible but, at the same time allowing for both the clean operation and simplified emptying of the collected dust. This is just not possible
with un-bagged designs with complex, and continuously blocked filter concepts.

What is extremely important with DustCare machines is to generate maximum airflow in relation to the amount of dust being collected. The more fine dust the greater the available airflow should be so as to transfer the dust to the cleaner as quickly as possible, without it escaping into the working environment.

Note: Always ensure the correct clothing and breathing protection is used at all times.

With our patented AirFlo system on the DustCare machines there is a choice of two unique dust bag specifications:
(1) HepaFlo - This specification is for normal vacuum cleaner operation.
(2) MicroFlo - Is for the full range of fine dust applications

IMPORTANT NOTE
DustCare machines equipped with MicroFlo bags can be TOO GOOD, resulting in overfilling. In applications such as chimney sweeping or woodworking where ultra fine dust is not the main problem, use HepaFlo bags in place of MicroFlo. Both bag types can be used on all models to suit changing requirements.

Accessory Kit:

All DustCare machines are supplied as standard with our 38mm (1½”) kit BB5 for normal commercial industrial cleaning including MicroFlo new building end cleaning.

The optional kit ND5 is designed for use together with hand tools or wood surface finishing machines; comprising a 5m long HiloFlex 51mm (2”) connection hose and a set of 4 universal end fittings to cover the majority of standard dust hood connections.
