The CPE plastic boot cover is made from cast polyethylene providing the wearer with waterproof protection. These boot covers are of more generous size, to fit larger shoes and boots, with plastic ties at the ankle for a snug fit. These are very much easy to put on. At the top is elastic, hence one size can fit to all. The sole is double layered for added abrasion/wear resistance.
