TERMS Placing Your Order. a. We reserve the right to accept the order. b. Orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible however we do not guarantee delivery dates or supply. c. We will not accept liability for any loss incurred by you as a result of any delay or failure to supply. Paying for your order. a. Prior to dispatch of the order the customer credit card will be debited. b. If payment is via cheque or e.f.t, clearance of funds must be verified before order is dispatched or at our discretion. c. Prices advertised on our web site will be charged at the time the order was placed. d. If omission, typographical error, data fault or any other reason for the price to be incorrect at the time of ordering, we have the right to not supply the goods at that price. We will advise accordingly prior to processing your order. e. Our prices displayed include Goods and Services Tax Delivery of your goods & Freight charges - This section will soon have its own page which will be linked to here. It is being designed to help you understand charges to your location. It is our intention to make it as simple as possible and as cheap as possible. stay tuned. Meanwhile, please read on : Items that are small and will fit inside a 1kg courier bag will cost the customer $14 and for 3 kg courier bag $18. These charges will not be notified to the customer if you select “Contact me for delivery charges for dispatch “. The only time we will contact you if items cannot fit into a courier bag and we need to pack into boxes. These charges will be added the customer order total at our end after you submit your order. We have very reasonable freight charges as we send many items around the country on a daily basis. Cleaners Supermarket does not profit from the freight and handling charges implemented. The cost of an item on our website does not dictate the cost of the courier charge. NOTE: If Australia Post is used, we will provide you with a bag tracking number- We are not responsible for Australia Post failure to deliver. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE GOODS (ATL) if you selected YES, ok to leave the goods, the courier will place at your front door or otherwise stated by you at the time of placing the Internet order in the “Notes to us “section in the checkout facility. IF you select NO then we expect this is a business or remote property. We may contact you if you say “NO “work out the best for the goods.
IMPORTANT: We and you both employ the courier company to deliver the goods. IF you give authority to leave “ATL“ we cannot be held responsible for these goods. HOWEVER, we do want your business and wish to remain a “FAIR “Trader. We strive to be a fair trader. Any order emailed to us instead of placed on-line is subject to these terms and conditions. All customers need to be aware of our conditions of sale. a. You may be contacted to clarify delivery details. PO boxes can be used, however, we still require your physical address for notation. b. You or your representative may be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery docket when our goods are delivered to you. c. Damages to goods must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery and returned within 14 days. d. If you subsequently find you have received an item incorrectly you should immediately contact us regarding the return requirements Not satisfied? Want a refund? No problem... If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will refund you the full purchase price.( excluding any delivery charges). Providing that upon return, the goods have not been used and are in mint resaleable condition with the original packaging intact. This offer is made with customer satisfaction being our top priority.
a. All returns must be approved with Cleaners Supermarket® prior to sending back to us. b. The customer pays for sending and return delivery freight charges. c. We have the right to refuse refunds if we feel necessary or we may ask you to contact the manufacturer importer to work out a solution. d. Large orders or stock that is not normally held and needs to be ordered in from manufacturers that are returned may incur a re-stocking fee of 20%. This is determined on a case by case basis, whereby Cleaners Supermarket® feels the customer is not being reasonable in their refund request. e. Both the customer and the supplier are bound by the Department of Fair trading Rules for Refunds. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of such regulations. Copies of regulations can be acquired by contacting the Dept of Fair Trading. Who means who?
