Bactex CF is safe for use on most surfaces including all metal types, stainless steel, plastics and glass.
It is suitable for use in the cleaning and sanitising of stainless steel tanks, pipes, processing equipment, floors, walls, benches, etc.
BACTEX CF is suitable for use in abattoirs for meat, poultry and fish products; citrus fruit and vegetable processing; canneries, food manufacturing and other food processing establishments.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
BACTEX CF can be applied by soaking, foaming, high-pressure spray, fogging or re-circulation following CIP cleaning. Apply to surfaces and allow to stand for a minimum of 10 minutes before rinsing with potable water.
Normal Sanitising: 5mL/Litre dilution with water. (500 ppm)
Heavy Sanitising: 10mL/Litre with water. (1000 ppm)
- For floors, walls and fittings of hatcheries, layer and broiler sheds, stables, piggeries, dairies, yards, stalls, tables and benches and surgical equipment.
Treatment: Bacteria, Mould
Rate: 1:150 (10ml t each 1.5L)
Critical Comments: Wash Down to reduce bulk contaminant may be necessary. Diluted product may be sprayed or washed onto surfaces.
- For Floors, walls, and fittings of farm sheds as well as general farm equipment, such as tractors, vehicles and tools. Product can also be used in footbaths and for sanitising newly purchased second hand farm equipment
Treatment: Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (Race 1 , Foc), the fungus that causes Panama Disease of bananas.
Rate: 1:100 (10ml t each 1L)
Critical Comments: Diluted product may be sprayed or washed onto surfaces. All soil must be removed from vehicles to ensure Panama disease isn't spread. Once diluted the solution should be sprayed onto the surface for a contact time of at least 5 minutes. It is recommended to use a high pressure washer to rinse the surface to remove all soil and detergent residue.
