Timber Preclean is formulated for the specific task of removal of body fats, ingrained dirt and greasy residue from timber floors prior to refurbishment with Peerless Timber Seals.

It must be used as the cleaner prior to refurbishments on all timber floors to be coated with Peerless timber seals, unless the floor has been treated with wax, polish or sealer finish, in which case Peerless All Purpose Stripper should be used in accordance with label directions.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:• Excellent emulsification properties.• Economical in use. • Inbuilt water softener- May be used in hard water. USE:Dilute 1 part Timber Pre-clean with 10 parts water. Apply to floor surface and scrub.  The most effective method to scrub the floor is with an automatic scrubbing machine.  If an automatic scrubber is not available mix the solution in a bucket, apply to floor with a cotton mop and scrub the floor with a single brush polishing machine equipment with a nylon scrubbing pad.  Pickup the soiled solution with a clean mop or wet and dry vacuum. Finally, rinse the floor with clean water. Continue this operation until the entire floor surface has been scrubbed, picked up and rinsed with clear water. Particular emphasis should be paid to areas of the floor where high density activity occurs and the possibility of perspiration being in contact is greater, eg. Keyways, Team bench areas, etc SAFETY:
First Aid:
Eyes: If splashed in eyes, flush with water for 15min. Seek medical advice.
Skin: Wash affected area with soap and water.
Inhalation: If dust is inhaled, remove patient to fresh air.
Seek medical advice.
Swallowed: Do NOT induce vomiting. Give milk or water to dilute.  Seek medical advice.
