|Why am I charged freight when the order form says zero for freight ?||The form is generated automatically. Until we pack your items, we cannot work out the freight charge.||
We can and often do give quotes on freight if requested, before we process your order.

|How much is Freight?||Depends on various factors.||
We cannot give estimates until we know what items you require. We do not profit from freight charges. We try our best to keep them to a minimum.
|Will you do free freight for large orders ?||Maybe.||We need to look at the whole picture to see if we can absorb part or all of the charge.|
|Do you provide MSDS. Material Safety Data sheets?||Yes.||Upon Request.|
|Do you give accounts?||Yes.||
Only after close examination of your history, your requirements, and your average monthly spend. We require an application form to be completed and approved. The first 3 purchases must be paid for before we consider giving accounts to the general public. There must be reasonable monetary amount of purchases per month to make it viable for us to manage your account, we do not give accounts for small orders amounts over a 30 day period. Some companies and Government Departments are granted immediate accounts, however this must be examined by our accounts manager and official purchase orders must be produced.
|I can't see the product I'm used to and I want. Can you get it in for me?||Yes.||Although in some cases we are unable to source the product. We do try our hardest.|
Can I get my order delivered to a PO BOX
