Thermaglo Plus reduces maintenance, inventory and training costs in complex sites such as schools, universities, hospitals and healthcare by simplifying maintenance programs. In institutional and office environments apply 4 to 6 coats of Thermaglo Plus to vinyl, terrazzo and timber floors. In retail environments Thermaglo Plus may be applied as a one-step system or Superior Seal may be applied as a base sealer to enhance shine and film clarity. Preparation: Remove old finish using Striprite or Zip Strip floor strippers. To improve wetting and cleaning add 1 cup of Tempo HD or Citron neutral detergents to stripping solution. Wet scrub the floor using a high productivity black pad. When old finish has been removed pick-up with mop and bucket or autoscrubber containing clean potable water. Application:  Dry burnish floor before applying sealer. Apply either  (I) 4 to 6 coats of Thermaglo Plus to freshly stripped floor or  (ii) 2 coats of Superior Seal followed by 2 to 4 coats of Thermaglo Plus.  Allow approximately 30 minutes drying time between coats. Maintenance: Dust mop floor daily. Clean with Tempo HD, Clear Brite or Citron neutral detergents. For best results spray buff weekly using Spray N Glo or Start-Up spray buffing compounds; alternatively use Glokleen (cleaner/maintainer) through an autoscrubber or in a mop and bucket.
