Safe effective removal of solvent based sealers

Solvent Based Acrylic Seal. Used on concrete, terrazzo, slate, unglazed quarry and terracotta tiles to protect and enhance these types of flooring. A semi permanet seal not to be used on vinyl or timber. Indoor use only.

A precatalysed oil modified urethane that produces a semi permanet seal & surface coating on interior concrete. Drys fast to a durable surface that prevents dusting and penetration of oil and dirt, provides a surface that is easy to clean.

Exemplify is a clear, non-yellowing, UV resistant, acrylic penetrating, sealer for both internal and external applications. (including quarry tiles, ceramic tiles, terracotta,terrazzo, granite, cement surfaces, pavers, polished and stencilled concrete). Porous surfaces such as sandstone (or old unsealed concrete) should be sealed with a base seal prior to applying Exemplify to avoid applying an excessive number of coats. Exemplify uses natural orange oil solvents as a base to impart a pleasant citrus fragrance and eliminate the use of toxic toluene type solvents. Exemplify conforms to the Australian Standard for the Slip Resistance of Pedestrian Surfaces AS 3661. Exemplify provides a semi permanent seal that eliminates the need for regular stripping cycles and will last from 2-5 years dependent on environmental wear factors. Exemplify also provides a stable base coat for Thermaglo Plus or Ultrabrite sealer finishes where a buffable finish is required (for Ultra High Gloss). Preparation: If required remove any old finishes using Hornet, Storm or Zip Strip (if acrylic seals) or Fabrisolve for solvent type seals. Clean surface then rinse surface and allow to dry. Application:  Apply 1-2 Coats of Exemplify using a Lambs Wool Applicator or Roller. Allow drying time of ½ - 3 hours depending on temperature (coat should not be tacky) between coats.
